Later, in order to avoid a budget deficit, the Ottawa Carleton District School Board is cutting 150 teaching and administrative positions. Kristy is joined by OCDSB Chair Lynn Scott to discuss the cuts.

CTV aviation specialist Phyl Durdey explains some of the TSB's findings.
