Yoshua Bengio is one of the world's pre-eminent experts in artificial intelligence, a rapidly expanding field. He is adding to his responsibilities, working currently as Full Professor at Université de Montréal, and Founder and Scientific Advisor of Mila – Quebec AI Institute.

He is now President and Scientific Director of LawZero, a new organization working on its own AI system designed to keep other AI systems from rogue behaviour and bad actions.
