Sharni Ngakane has her Masters in Clinical Psychology from WITS, and has completed her training in Clinical Psychology.
Sharni deals with trauma, and is devoted to creating change in the spaces of; gender based violence, transformation, mental health, as well as child welfare through research practice and advancements in legislation.
EMOTIONAL ABUSE:
- What are the signs that you're being emotionally manipulated?
- Are there different kinds of emotional manipulation? (humiliation, blaming, scapegoating, etc)
- What is gaslighting?
- Can it be resolved, or do you have to leave the situation/go no-contact?
