Mmule Setati is a Johannesburg-based South African cook, cookbook author, and founder of the popular brand Feed My Tribe. A self-taught cook inspired by her grandmother, she creates food that celebrates family, culture, and connection. Since launching Feed My Tribe in 2018 after her travels to Europe, she has built a multi-platform brand known for accessible, flavourful meals and relatable storytelling. Mmule has also authored a cookbook, hosted TV shows including Ready Steady Cook on SABC3, and appeared on major radio and TV platforms.
