Brisbane resident Russ joined Jason Matthews on 4BC Mornings to give an update on his emotional and financial exhaustion after fighting for over two years to reverse a visa cancellation that has kept his wife, Juanita, stranded in Indonesia.

Despite lodging 17 applications and pleading with local MP Ali France for help, Russ remains separated from his wife due to what he terms a departmental "stuff up."
