As Artemis II prepares for its return to Earth, all eyes are on the final and arguably most dangerous phase of the mission — splashdown. It’s the first time humans have travelled this far from Earth in more than 50 years, marking a major step forward in space exploration.

Associate Professor Matthew Richardson from the University of Southern Queensland joins Burty to talk more about this impressive feat and what it means for future exploration.
