A 45-page report commissioned by the CFMEU's administrator revealed a deeply disturbing culture of violence and intimidation within the Queensland branch, particularly impacting women and children.
Deputy Premier Jarrod Bleijie told Jason Matthews that the Labour government removed all precautions the Liberal National Party had put in place saying, "They weakened the laws, the industrial relations laws. They allowed the CFMEU back in charge."
