A new Business Report Card reveals Queensland has the second-most inflexible retail trading hours in Australia.

Business, Retail and Consumer Expert from Griffith University Graeme Hughes joined Luke Bradnam on 4BC Breakfast to warn that while flexibility is needed, the laws must be balanced to prevent big players like Coles and Woolworths from using market power to knock out smaller, independent businesses.
