Entertainment reporter Peter Ford joined Dean & Sofie on 4BC Breakfast to discuss the massive fallout from Kyle Sandilands' 14-day suspension, suggesting radio executives are secretly thrilled to be free of a financially "unworkable" contract.

He warns, however, that Sandilands is a fighter who won't disappear quietly and may be planning a move outside mainstream media.
