On Thursday and Friday last week, members of the CFMEU went on strike in protest of the High Court's endorsement of continuing the union's forced administration.
Deputy Premier and Industrial Relations Minister Jarrod Bleijie told Peter Fegan on 4BC Breakfast, "This is just repeated behaviour, the CFMEU is not new".
"This has been happening for 10 years."
"What you need to do is get the regulation right, the policy settings right, change the legislation, and we have to go after the CFMEU," the Deputy Premier said.
