Coalition blames Government spending for fifth rate rise and details $31B in urgent budget cuts
Following the RBA’s decision to hike the cash rate to 4.85%, Deputy Opposition Leader Jane Hume joined Jason Matthews on 4BC Breakfast to blame government spending and pitch $31 billion in targeted budget cuts to rein in homegrown inflation.
Hume also broke down the Coalition's plans to boost productivity, praised rising preferred PM polling for Angus Taylor, and condemned recent political violence spilling onto Australian streets.
