Loaded with sour cream, garlic and cheese this creamy potato recipe is an utterly delicious way to bake potatoes. Just remember to choose starchy potatoes like Russets, Sebagos, Yukon Golds, or King Edwards, as their higher starch content breaks down to create a creamy, thick sauce and soft texture.
