The practice of emotional generosity is particularly important for Romayne, who understands that those in the communications industry are responsible for how messages are distributed, received and acted upon, as well as how they are amplified, managed or quashed. In her work and in her community, Romayne strives to make people feel seen, safe, understood and appreciated; because that's how we can contribute to protecting others' resilience.
