Naina Menon is from Kerala but stays in Himachal Pradesh and is a proud 33 year old transwoman who has achieved many milestones in her life. She is an engineer by degree and professionally a successful writer, fitness trainer and a model. She has risen recently to be an inspiration to many people from the LGBTQ+ community and is very actively involved in speaking about gender equality and issues faced by transwomen in the society.  She is actively involved in modelling and is a prime time fashionista.

We hope this conversation will be a beacon of hope to anyone who might be going through a similar jounery and want to live their lives freely as a part of the LGBTQ+ community.

Romayne read somewhere that emotional generosity is the key ingredient to all human relationships and this has been her obsession since. The practice of emotional generosity is particularly important for Romayne, who understands that those in the communications industry are responsible for how messages are distributed, received and acted upon, as well as how they are amplified, managed or quashed. In her work and in her community, Romayne strives to make people feel seen, safe, understood and appreciated; because that's how we can contribute to protecting others' resilience.
