Reflecting on Self-Growth Through Grief: Heba Shaheed

Our guest today is Heba Shaheed. Heba is a Pelvic Floor expert, and in her professional practice of Physiotherapy supports women living with female related pain issues and pre/post-natal care.

In 2018, Heba's young daughter was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, and sadly passed away in May 2022. Heba's story details the surprising lessons of resilience she learned about her self, and reflects upon her self-growth while navigating this grief.
