John Middlekauff is back with another episode of 3 & Out, breaking down the biggest NFL headlines and looking ahead to one of the most anticipated matchups in college football.

John reacts to Jerry Jones and his comments about paying a premium for NFL coaches, discussing the value of elite coaching, how much teams should be willing to spend to find the right head coach, and whether investing in the coaching staff can make the difference between competing for a championship and falling short.

John also takes a closer look at the New York Giants and whether the franchise should reconsider making major trades. With questions surrounding the team's direction, John discusses roster construction, the importance of building through the draft, and whether the Giants should prioritize long-term rebuilding over short-term moves.

On the college football side, John previews Miami vs. Notre Dame, breaking down the key matchups, players to watch, and what is at stake for both programs. Can Miami make a statement, or will Notre Dame come away with a huge win?
