ARL Commission boss Peter V’landys has outlined plans for the North Sydney Bears to end their 25 year NRL hibernation, by basing the club in Western Australia. 

“The Perth Bears is the ideal partnership... By the end of June, we will be in a position as a game to make a call on expansion.,” Peter V’landys says.
