African Parliamentarians are meeting in Accra, Ghana to discuss the Post Malabo processes and plans for the next agriculture framework to be called the Kampala Declaration.
Some of the topics under discussion at the three-day event are challenges to Africa's agri-food sector, as well as climate change and resilience.
The Biennial Review report has noted that the continent has generally not progressed consistently towards meeting the Malabo targets. Thami Ngubeni spoke to Correspondent, Sydney Phiri.
