Over 30 years of service, he worked in patrol, narcotics and robbery investigations and spent 17 years working with the FBI/NYPD on the Joint T errorism T ask Force, including an overseas deployment to Afghanistan. T om co-hosts the podcast Gold Shields and provides investigative commentary for national media outlets.
