Who Killed 29-year-old Sharon Miller of Woodlawn, Baltimore County?

On April 28, 1982, Sharon Miller's badly decomposed body was found covered under debris in a secluded area off of Powder Mill Road in Woodlawn, Baltimore County on Januafry 14,1983. Detectives noted that Miller's hands and feet were missing from her body.
