After checking into a hotel in Singapore, a woman began hearing sighs whispered right beside her ear for several consecutive nights; only after seeking help at a temple did the disturbances stop, leaving her with a deep understanding of the fear experienced by those who encounter the unknown. An immersive theatre performer repeatedly felt followed while performing in a historic back alley and even witnessed a strange red balloon hovering unnaturally in midair, with the unsettling experiences ending only after an emotional release. A family who moved into a resale home soon faced a series of illnesses and sudden business setbacks, but after performing rituals and adjusting the home environment as advised, their fortunes unexpectedly improved — believed to be linked to the home’s “previous occupants.” A seemingly warm and cheerful painting brought back from a trip triggered mysterious midnight door movements and the sound of a child’s laughter, and the phenomena ceased only after the girl depicted in the painting mysteriously vanished and the artwork was removed. In another case, a factory worker became mentally and emotionally drained after repeatedly traveling to a funeral hall to mourn his late brother; haunted by a dark shadow, he later died in an accident, after which unexplained occurrences continued to surface at his workplace, leaving the mystery unresolved.

A female volunteer went to Cambodia to teach English and kept seeing a little girl whom only she could see; on her final day, she witnessed the child in a horrifying, twisted state. After returning to Singapore, she was plagued by nightmares until a spiritual master guided her to remain in the dream, where she finally saw the truth of how the girl had been murdered.

A language teacher, preparing exam papers alone in a tuition centre at night, felt unseen forces blow her documents to the floor, heard chairs being dragged and the sound of a woman arguing—she fled in terror and never returned to teach at that location again.

While on holiday collecting seashells, Ah Ming’s family discovered what looked like a row of human teeth; that night, both siblings dreamed of a faceless woman in white, and police investigations later confirmed the remains were linked to a murder case.

During a wake, the lift opened with no one inside, incense smoke flowed against the air, the portrait seemed to shift its gaze, and a voice softly called a name—relatives believed it was the grandfather returning to say goodbye.

In an empty ancestral house, pearl jewellery mysteriously moved, drinks and bowls of rice appeared “consumed,” and even a disconnected phone rang with vulgar curses on the line; the family never dared to step back into the house again.
