Craft Lake City is an awesome DIY/ maker event that is as inspiring as it is fun.

Definitely take your children and let them experience the creativity and innovation that drives our society.

It runs August 11,12,13 at Gallivan Center.  You'll find things to make and build, as well as great shopping and food.

Another great event coming up is Salt Lake City's Yappy Hour.  Yappy Hour is hosted by Salt Lake City and Gallivan Center Events and held monthly.  They put up an off leash play are for dogs, then entertain and feed the humans.  The event is free, but you have to pay for the food.

The next event is August 14, 2017 6-9 pm at Pioneer Park.  Expect to see Tony Holiday and the Velvetones, Marquesas Corn Dogs, La Salsita Grill, Daily Rise Expresso.
