A City of Newcastle foundation charity partner since 2017, Got Your Back Sista provides practical, on-the-ground assistance to women and children escaping domestic and family violence. In April 2021, City of Newcastle pledged to continue to support Got Your Back Sista and Nova for Women and Children for a further three years, having raised more than $60,000 for the two charities.
