Not all property is what it seems to be. It may look perfect and attractive, but there could be underlying issues that may become a problem in the long run.
Building inspectors can see more of a property’s quality than the average person. From pests, structural faults and dampness levels, they help buyers make informed decisions on whether a property is worth buying or not.
In this episode, we’re joined by retired building and pest inspector Peter Masia, as we dive deep into the questions that first time home buyers must ask their building inspectors. We’ll talk about common building faults (pests, damp and lipstick on a pig), what should be a deal-breaker vs. what’s normally found in reports and everything else we should be aware of (that could affect the property in the future).
So prepare to take notes and tune in to this episode!
