One of the biggest lessons I've been reminded of lately is this: most of us are very reliable when it comes to other people, but not nearly as reliable when it comes to ourselves.

In this episode, I want to explore why that happens and why rebuilding trust with yourself may be one of the most important things you ever do for your health, your happiness and your dreams.

If you've been feeling stuck, frustrated or disappointed that you haven't followed through on the things that matter most to you, I hope this episode reminds you that change doesn't begin with a huge leap. It begins with one small promise, kept consistently.
