Before you start looking at what you want to change, fix, start doing, or stop doing Kat wants you to realize something very important: There is enough of what you desire to go around. Often, when we start looking at what we want in life we get trapped in what is called "Scarcity Mindset". And when this happens- we rush through our lives in order to achieve and then usually end back at square one because of this rush. When we do this- we don't gain time, we kind of lose it.
