And these cute little gold dots (that are adorning the ears of a tonne of Tik Tokers right now) aren't just pretty to look at, they're actually the tools of auriculotherapy. 

Also known as ear acupuncture, it's supposed to fix a raft of issues from headaches through to eczema... but how? We find out.
