Welcome to the next episode of Yogshala. As we always recommend, make sure you perform these exercises on an empty stomach and kids should only perform these under adult supervision.

Today we will be learning about the Bridge Pose which is also called Setu Bandh Sarwangasan in Hindi. This exercise makes the spine flexible, strengthens the back and leg muscle, stretches your shoulders, thigh, and chest, and also helps to reduce childhood obesity.
