Wixom gas station raising money to help family of fallen Oakland County Sheriff's Deputy Brad Reckling

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled today that cities can enforce bans on people sleeping outdoors, giving local officials more freedom to address the crisis. However, some say it could allow people to be punished simply because they have nowhere to go.
