Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick may have a restitution bill of more than one million dollars, but that didn't stop his wife from buying a new home in Novi.  The Metro Times says LaTicia Kilpatrick purchased the $807,000 home near 9 Mile and Beck through her company, Pathfinder Consulting Firm.
