U.S. Supreme Court allows cities to enforce bans on homeless people sleeping outside

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled today that cities can enforce bans on people sleeping outdoors, giving local officials more freedom to address the crisis. However, some say it could allow people to be punished simply because they have nowhere to go.

WWJ's Luke Sloan was joined live by Professor Jason Wasserman from the Oakland University to dig into this ruling.
