Marshella Chidester could spend up to life in prison if convicted of second degree murder for the deaths of two children, after she drove her SUV into the Swan Boat Club in Monroe County, during a birthday party. 

While prosecutors alleged she was drunk, the defense contends that Chidester suffered a seizure behind the wheel. 

While not typically allowed at this stage in proceedings, victims' family members were permitted by the judge to speak during the arraignment; some in the courtroom and some via Zoom. Here's a portion of that audio,
