The Brooklands Splash Pad in Rochester Hills has reopened just in-time for the July 4th holiday. This is where nine people, including two kids, were shot and wounded two-and-a-half weeks ago.  

Speaking live with WWJ's Tracey McCaskill, Rochester Hills Mayor Bryan Barnett explained what went into the decision to take the fences down.
