As the much talked about surveillance balloon was caught floating above North Carolina on Saturday morning, reports of a second Chinese-backed spy balloon was spotted flying over Latin America. Are the twin balloons something to be concerned about? Or is it just all hot air? Oakland University Professor Emeritus of Anthropology and Chinese Studies, Richard Stamps, joins WWJ's Ryan Wrecker to discuss his thoughts on the balloons.
