The 39-year-old mother was released on July 5, authorities said. Nine people, including children, were injured during the June 15 shooting at the Brooklands Plaza Splash Pad in Rochester Hills. The woman's 8-year-old and 4-year old sons were also injured. They were treated and released at earlier dates.
