Subject: Volunteerism. Amina says she began looking into volunteering after her aunt began looking for something for her to do when she was a young girl growing up in Hong Kong. She says when she was young she became interested in social work after seeing social workers in television soap operas. She says at 11 years old she began taking part in a volunteer training program. She says she likes making friends and says volunteer work is a good way to make new friends. She says she began visiting senior centers and found volunteering there rewarding and fun.
