Prosecutors say Timothy Hauschultz shouldn't be allowed to appeal three decisions by a judge -- including her rejection of a plea deal -- before his case goes to trial for allegedly ordering the punishment which lead to the death of 7 year old Ethan Hauschultz in 2018.
