Jaelynn Little of Bangor high school girls basketball is our latest WSJM Sports Player of the Week.

Jaelynn is a senior and a team captain for the Lady Vikings team.

Bangor went 2-0 during the week, in the Vikings 42-31 win over Hartord, Jaelynn scored 8 points, but added 8 steals,, 5 rebounds and 3 assists, the win ended Bangor’s 15 game losing streak to Hartford.

Three days later, Jaelynn scored 16 points and had 9 steals in a 39-33 win against Decatur as Bangor is off to their best start since the 2012-13 season.

Jaelynn, is also a member of the Vikings Cross Country, Track and field teams., and also plays softball in the spring.  Plus she’s Bangor’s homecoming queen
