Dan Bernstein and Laurence Holmes opened their show by listening and reacting to Bears president/CEO Kevin Warren's comments on the Mully & Haugh Show in which he reflected on the organization's presentation Wednesday in which it unveiled a new lakefront stadium project. Holmes then shared his recent conversation with Chicago mayor Brandon Johnson in which they discussed the Bears' new lakefront stadium plan. The proposed project comes with an estimated $4.7-billion price tag, with taxpayers being asked to pick up about half of it. Later, Bernstein and Holmes explained how it seems like Johnson has been "mesmerized" by Warren during the Bears' pursuit of a new stadium.
