They played another extra inning game. The South Bend Cubs Lose in extra innings again to The Great Lake Loons 6 to 4 in 12 innings. Loons player Sean McLain hit a two run home run in top of the 12th off of SB Cubs reliever Yovanny Cabrera to break the 4 to 4 tie. The South Bend Cubs fought back from a 4 to 0 deficit. They scored a run in 8th and three exciting runs in bottom 9th to tie the game up at 4 at Four Winds Field.
