The South Bend Cubs win the first game of the 2nd Half that starts today in Midwest League action. The SB Cubs defeated Lake County Captains by the score 4 to 3. In 8th inning the Captains tried to pick off SB Cub's Jefferson Rojas at first base, throw went into outfield and Rojas was able advanced all way to 3rd base. Jonathon Long stepped up to the plate and hit sacrifice fly to center fielder, Jefferson Rojas scores the go head and eventually winning run.
