Rae writes Crime with Heart – thrillers featuring everyday people facing extraordinary circumstances. Her debut novel The Good Mother was published by Harper Collins in 2022 and Dying To Know is receiving rave reviews from early readers.
It's a standalone Sydney-based thriller and centres around a woman's determination to uncover what happened to her missing sister. In this chat Rae shares some of the amazing research that has gone into the book, the inspiration for her protagonist Geneva Leighton, her writing process and her entry into the world of traditional crime writing.
