Comfort zones are much like clothing. Sometimes we try things on that might not fit correctly, or might be a little different to our usual styles. But how can we know what we’re comfortable with unless we try?

That’s the question posed this week by returning guest, Kym Hamer, who’s here to share some valuable advice she received some time ago: try it on, see if it fits, and if it doesn’t you can always take it off.

Only by exploring the new and unfamiliar can we truly hold ourselves up to new experiences.
