One of the biggest breakthroughs I had in my own relationship journeys was this notion of responsibility. I started to look around and I noticed that there was a commonality in all my relationships. The common thread/complaint was “not enough”, frustration or resentment and the common input to all of those relationships was me. It was a huge “A-ha” moment of me realising I was the common denominator here and I have to do something about that. When I did, my romantic relationships got better, I started taking better care of my body, mind and soul, I became a better leader in my corporate position and real results started to come after that.
