Marcel Coetzee

Marcel understands what it feels like to be under so much pressure, where one loses focus and insight, to experience that insurmountable feeling of losing ground and yourself in the process.

He is the founder of ChangeSolutions and – as an Awareness Coach – helps you to find clarity, stillness and peace of mind; so that you can start focusing on a healthier balance between the different focus points in your life.

Born in South Africa, he aimed for a career as a professional athlete, when an unexpected car accident destroyed that possibility.  He was lost after this.  Looking for new direction in life, he came to Ireland at the young age of 20.

Then life just started to roller-coaster out of control; after a series of life-altering events, he experienced mental and emotional shutdown.  Today Marcel has transformed this experience and uses it to help others attain inner peace, clarity and focus. 

He passionately believes no one needs to experience this sense of isolation and hopelessness – nobody should have to go through pain and confusion alone.
