Make sure to give 72 hours of effort before you judge yourself. It takes 72 hours, regardless of any effort you make for sugar to move out of your system. Keep on exercising through the time frame and make any judgements later on to ensure they are accurate.

John Batterby was the youngest serviceman to serve in the Falklands War. From a very early age, his ambition was to become a serviceman, following in the footsteps of his Grand-father. Joining as a chef in the Royal Navy, John become a clearance bomb disposal diver.
