For the second time in two weeks, I went to Mcdonald's to get one of the ice cream cones they're advertising heavily for $1.50, and for the second time in two weeks, the ice cream machine was down in the middle of a hot sunny day.  And that leads me to think of a million-dollar idea for Mcdonald's.
