Natalie Stevens was born into the construction industry.

She has lived and breathed it her entire life.

Her father started their family construction business in 1967 which evolved over the years into property development. 

Today they manage the entire property development supply chain from the purchase of raw land, right through to sales and marketing. 

They are one of the few self-made privately owned success stories with a property portfolio valued in excess of $40m.


Natalie is an artist, an art teacher, a wife and a mother of 4. 


She says 'Australia is inspired by women who have the courage to bring truth and integrity to an industry that has historically lacked it. That's me. I'm one of those woman and that's why I created Build In Oz'.
