Catherine is at a time of greatest challenges a voice of Kindness and empathy.
This is just the beginning.
Catherine believes that ageing is a privilege and that older people are one of the most interesting and wonderful cohorts of humans.

She also believes that ageism is so culturally entrenched that few can see it in its entirety - and so the strategies to create cultural change had better be very powerful.

This led the the art and narratives based approaches now taken by Celebrate Ageing.

Stories build empathy and compassion, art engages people interest.
Catherine draws on her experiences as a nurse, an aged care worker, an academic and an artist to pull together a unique social enterprise that utilises art and narrative to bridge the knowledge (research) to practice (culture) gap.
