We sit down with Women in sport WA founder Karen Hennessy & sport scientist and AFLW strength and conditioning coach (Freo Dockers) Mikayla Lyons and get some insight on their experience of the conference held in New Zealand. We hear how their expectations very quickly changed and challenged the way of their thinking.
